Why is membership limited?

Because quality matters more than quantity. When we limit membership, equipment is always available, coaches can give real attention, and the community stays tight-knit. We'd rather have fewer members who love it here than a packed gym where nobody knows anybody.

Do I need to be a serious athlete to join?

Not at all. Our members range from competitive athletes to people who are just getting serious about their health for the first time. What they share is a commitment to showing up and getting better. That's the only requirement.

How does the application process work?

You fill out a short application so we can learn a little about you and your goals. Rob reviews every application personally. If there's a fit, he'll reach out to schedule a brief conversation before you're accepted. We take this step seriously — it's how we protect the community.

Can I work with a personal trainer?

Yes. Rob and Tara Gentile are the two coaches at Scottsdale Fit, and they work personally with clients one-on-one. You can learn more on our Personal Training page — every person who trains here is part of the Scottsdale Fit family.

Question 5

What's included in the Recovery Membership?

Everything in the standard Membership plan, plus unlimited access to our sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression boots. No appointments, no extra fees — just show up and recover.

Question 6

Do you offer massage or physical therapy?

Accepted Answer

Yes — through our in-house partners. Colleen offers fascial bodywork and massage (call 602-524-5654 to book). Nick Conte at Conte Performance specializes in physical therapy for serious athletes. Both operate independently but are very much part of our ecosystem.

What are the gym hours?

Monday through Friday we're open 5am – 7pm. Saturday and Sunday we're open 9am – 2pm. We're located at 7399 East Tierra Buena Lane, Scottsdale. Questions? Call us at 480-596-4980.
